What do I love about teaching
I love that I can influence people to feel good. Mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Deep down, I’ve always been a “helper” and I get a natural high from helping others.
Teaching students to quiet their busy minds, relax, stretch, and make their
bodies feel good is such a fulfilling part of my dharma, my life’s purpose. It’s something I’m very passionate about and is so necessary for surviving and thriving in this modern world. It brings me joy when I see someone who thought they couldn’t do a pose, push through their self-doubt or fear and achieve their goal (even if modified) without giving up.
I love that I can be a guide to help others find their own inner strength in a positive way.
