S.H.E April workshop. Planting with Intention.

Sisters we invite you to join us for this healing event. S.H.E's April Planting with Intention will be one not to miss. Our focus is on stress awareness and mental health for womxn. You will be led  through a guided stress relief yoga session, journal prompts, sound bowl therapy session with Marya Aishah,  and planting workshop with Leaf Me Plant Boutique owner Alexis.  This therapeutic evening will be a brave space for womxn to show up as their authentic self and release what no longer serves you in a brave space with like minded people.

This is a thc/cbd friendly space so free to bring your buds. A yoga mat, cushion on pillow (if you have one), and wear comfortable clothing. Nourishing soul snacks will be provided. We can't wait to meet you all in this sacred space. Once registered you will receive emails leading up to the event.
