Beginner, Enhanced, adult & kid sessions available. Private sessions for beginners to advanced. Assisted and modified pose practice. With or without props depending on your level of comfort. Breathing techniques, alignment cues, and intro to meditation included in each session. Deposits are to hold date and time. Final payment due 2 days before session. Cancelled sessions without 24hr notice will incur a $10 convenience fee. Booking policy for regular sessions does not apply to private sessions. Instructions will be sent prior to your session with details.
